Important: Contracts generated through GFX Oficial are templates for informational purposes and are provided as-is. They are not a substitute for legal advice from a qualified lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend having a lawyer review any contract before signing it.

Service

GFX Oficial provides online contract generation, invoice generation, and related tools for freelancers. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use GFX Oficial.

Your content

You retain ownership of the contracts, invoices, and other content you create on GFX Oficial. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

Limitation of liability

GFX Oficial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFX Oficial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notification.
